Our Team

Mind and Brain is an outpatient clinic located in Hillarys, a coastal area in the northern suburbs of Perth. The idea of opening Mind and Brain in 2021 was inspired by a passion to improve access to mental health services for people living in Hillarys and the rapidly growing City of Joondalup.

At Mind and Brain, we prioritize referrals from our local GPs and provide compassionate, evidence based and individualized care tailored for every person.

We specialize in Neurostimulation (TMS) and Adult ADHD.

TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) is an effective, safe and non-pharmacological treatment for depression.

Our Medical Director and founder is Consultant Psychiatrist Dr Larissa Harding. After completing her medical degree Dr Harding began practicing in 1993. In 2006 she joined WA Mental Health and since then has been working in various services and roles in public and private settings in WA.

Dr Harding now practices full-time at Mind and Brain. Her areas of interest/specialty are TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) and Adult ADHD.  Dr Harding has extensive training in TMS and has been credentialled by Black Dog Institute.

Mind and Brain TMS nurses are trained in mental health and the provision of TMS treatment.
